Affiliate Disclosure

Last Updated: January 2026

Welcome to hillstationcafe.in. We believe in being fully transparent with our readers about how this website operates and how it generates revenue. Please read this Affiliate Disclosure carefully before using our site or clicking on any links to third-party casinos or gaming platforms, including those related to the Battery Aviator game.

1. We Earn Affiliate Commissions

hillstationcafe.in is a casino review and informational website. Some of the links on this site — including links to online casinos, gaming platforms, and the Battery Aviator game — are affiliate links. This means that if you click on one of these links and subsequently register, deposit, or play at the linked platform, we may receive a commission or other form of compensation from that operator.

This commission comes at no additional cost to you. The price, bonus terms, or conditions you receive are the same whether you use our link or visit the operator directly. Affiliate revenue is what allows us to keep this website running, maintain our content, and continue publishing reviews free of charge for our readers.

2. Commissions Do Not Influence Our Editorial Content

We want to be absolutely clear: affiliate commissions do not influence our rankings, ratings, reviews, or recommendations.

• Our reviews of casinos and games, including Battery Aviator, are based on our own assessment criteria, research, and testing.
• Rankings on this site reflect our editorial opinion — not the size of any commission offered by an operator.
• Operators cannot pay to receive a favourable review or a higher ranking position.
• Where a platform fails to meet our standards (e.g., licensing, fairness, withdrawal reliability, customer support), we say so, regardless of any commercial relationship.

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We aim to make it easy for you to recognise commercial content on hillstationcafe.in:

• Buttons and links labelled "Play Now," "Visit Casino," "Claim Bonus," or similar call-to-action text are typically affiliate links.
• Where content is sponsored or produced in partnership with an operator, it will be clearly marked as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Paid Promotion."
• Affiliate links may use tracking parameters or redirect through a tracking URL before taking you to the operator's website.
• A general disclosure notice may appear at the top of pages containing affiliate links.

If you are ever unsure whether a link is an affiliate link, please assume that it is, or contact us for clarification.

4. Compliance Statement (India)

hillstationcafe.in endeavours to comply with the advertising and consumer protection standards applicable in India, including:

• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022, issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), which require material connections between endorsers/publishers and advertisers to be disclosed.
• The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code and ASCI's Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media, which require clear and prominent disclosure of material connections in promotional content.

Important note on Indian law: The legality of online gambling and real-money gaming varies significantly between Indian states and union territories. Some states prohibit or restrict online gambling activities. It is your responsibility to verify whether participation in online casino games, including the Battery Aviator game, is lawful in your specific state or jurisdiction before registering or depositing with any operator. This website does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site should be construed as an encouragement to gamble where doing so is prohibited.

5. Reader Responsibility

By using hillstationcafe.in, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your state or jurisdiction.
• You must be of legal age (18 years or older, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to engage with any gambling platform linked from this site.
• Gambling involves financial risk. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms, conditions, wagering requirements, and bonus rules of any operator before registering or depositing.
• Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and may become outdated. Always confirm details directly with the operator.
• If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please seek help from a qualified professional or a problem-gambling support service.
